To Our Shareholders:
I am very pleased to be able to communicate with our loyal shareholders directly and to give you a continued
update with the Company’s progress. Branded Legacy, Inc. is a holding company that specializes in hemp and CBD.
Its primary focus is the commercial development of cannabinoid-infused edibles, topicals and tinctures with a
secondary focus on acquiring manufacturing facilities/companies that can aid in the development of its product
lines. Branded Legacy is made up of four subsidiaries, Elev8 Hemp, LLC, Spikes CBDx, LLC, Versatile Industries, and
LLC and Magic 1 Promotions, LLC.
In the month of August, the Company has made many announcements regarding the shareholder structure. We
strive to keep our shareholders well informed on all progress. Our attorney is helping finalize the shareholder
approval and filing of all proper documents with the state of Utah to reduce the authorized shares to six hundred
million (600,000,000) authorized common shares.
In my previous CEO Letter, I stated that Branded Legacy, Inc. is now utilizing its wholly owned subsidiary, Versatile
Industries, as an incubator to bring companies public and spin them off into their own entities. Versatile Industries
has now acquired Magic 1 Promotions, LLC, a Company that markets Solar Energy and Water Purification through
central Florida. We are actively looking for the right public vehicle to eventually merge Magic 1 Promotions into.
This new entity would result in a dividend paid out to our shareholders. We currently have several companies that
we have every intention of acquiring once all the logistics are ironed out.
Branded Legacy, Inc. has officially moved its corporate headquarters to Charlotte North Carolina. The new
corporate address is 227 W 4th Street, Unit 108, Charlotte, NC 28202. The move was finalized on September 1,
2022. With me being right outside of Charlotte and Chairman, Brandon Spikes living in the area as well, this move
was important for the growth of the Company.
Our gummies have continued to be our top selling product which we have sold through our inventory yet again.
We are continuing our product line expansion into CBD and Delta 8 vapes and are currently awaiting samples
from another public company we are looking to work with. We will announce once everything is finalized.
We have been working diligently on an acquisition of a hemp farm right outside Gainesville, FL. We have previously
announced several letters of intent and we want to ensure our shareholders that this deal is still in the works.
There have been a few things we needed to put in place to make this deal most advantageous for the Company and
its shareholders.
I plan to communicate as much as possible with our shareholders. The progress we have made and continue to
make, will be detailed in upcoming press releases, and followed up by, at minimum, monthly CEO letters. Thank
